Are you feeling exercise has become overly medicalised and not much fun? Did you like monkeybars and rope swings growing up? At Balance Brisbane you have a coached strength and balance program within the padded foam floor environment, using low bars to hang from, wide beams to work on your balance and a bouncy floor to practise some agility.
Our program is aimed at seniors who are mobile but would like to regain some strength and balance in a fun environment, without using a “weights” gym. No lycra needed! Come in whatever clothing feels comfortable- tshirt and shorts are fine and bring a water bottle. Our coaches work to your pace and give a variety of exercises and activities, with all having no-fuss opt outs if they aren’t in your comfort zone yet.
Thursday mornings 8.30-9.30am, casual classes, no need to sign up to ongoing sessions. $15 per class, pay as you go.
