Smart Moves Exercise Class for Senoirs

Description:

Exercise class suitable for people living with a disability, chronic disease, mobility issues, balance issues or simply wanting to maintain their independence.

Note: Wear enclosed shoes and suitable clothing. Bring your own towel and water bottle. Participants must bring their own hand sanitiser and if feeling sick or having any symptoms indicating illness they are to not attend class.
