9.30am Wednesdays & 4.30pm Thursdays for the month of October.

Join us at the Raspberry Creek Homestead for chair yoga, a yoga program designed to make yoga more accessible for older and less mobile people. With the aid of yoga props and a chair you’ll support your body into a greater range of motion which in turn helps you maintain your quality of life in our rural community.
