Gentle Fitness & Tai-Chair
Description:
Bookings essential. Focus on aerobic fitness, strengthening with light weights, flexibility, coordination and balance followed by relaxation with gentle exercises. The session is performed either seated on a chair or standing with use of a chair for stability and support. No floor work.
