Deep water running
Description:
Bookings essential. This is an aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels – everyone just works at their own pace. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there’s no need to worry about being in deep water, however basic swimming skills are required.
