Come along and learn more about U3A Southport and the many activities they have to offer Over 50's and Seniors. Enjoy demonstrations of chair yoga, acoustic jam session, line dancing, dancing for fitness & fun, yoga, rock-n-roll and a sing-along. Australia Fair Shopping Centre (ground floor outside Coles Supermarket, near Scarborough St entrance).
