DESCRIPTION:Join us for our October Creative & Connected series: a bright and bold collage workshop suitable for all ages and abilities. \nLed by multidisciplinary artist Michelle Le Plastrier\, adults and kids alike will love cutting\, tearing\, sticking and arranging different colours and textures to create a vibrant paper pattern artwork to keep. \nStay for a little while or take your time\, while enjoying the workshop in the beautiful Artist Corner space at the Helensvale and Upper Coomera Libraries. \nWELLBEING BENEFITS: \nMood and Emotional Uplift: Boosts mood through colour and creativity while creating a visual anchor for emotional regulation.\nCreative Confidence and Self-Expression: Encourages self-expression without perfectionism\, building confidence through intuitive making and free form approaches of collaging.\nFocus\, Calm and Mental Reset: Provides a grounding\, hands-on process that helps disrupt anxious thoughts and supports focus through repetition and flow.\nCreative & Connected is a project by Everybody NOW!
