Mindful Masks – Art Therapy
Mindfully create a clay mask guided by local artist, Michelle Garside. Learn the benefits of art and how it can be used to improve mental and emotional wellbeing.
Clay is a wonderfully tactile and forgiving resource. If a mistake is made or plan change, it is very easy to start again. The process of rolling, molding, shaping and embellishing clay can allow for a state of mindfulness.
Suitable for young adults aged 13-17 and older.
