In addition to the Yoga session, we are offering basic health assessments to help you stay on top of your well-being. These assessments will be conducted by qualified professionals and include checks on vital signs and overall health.
For those needing foot care, basic podiatry sessions will be available, ensuring your feet are in tip-top shape. We’re also pleased to welcome a nutritionist who will discuss tips on eating well and making nutritious choices for a healthier lifestyle.
To round out the day, we’ve included a painting session—a perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity and relax your mind. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just want to have fun, this session will provide all the materials and guidance needed to create your own masterpiece.
