Get Online Week runs from October 14th to 20th.
The week is to highlight the importance of digital inclusion.
Get Online Week is a campaign by The Good Things Foundation and the Be Connected Network, working with a number of partners to encourage people to improve their digital skills through fun, local events.
On Tuesday, October 15th , 9.30am to 12pm at Brother’s Leagues Club, 20 Wildey Street, the Ipswich District Crime Prevention Unit, Ipswich District Neighbourhood Watch Committee, Neighbourhood Watch Australasia, Star Community Services are hosting a Tech Smart Seniors INFO DAY and EXPO.
The workshop will have a number of guest speakers on a variety of topics including;
The Cyber Safety Workshop is free thanks to the support of the Good Things Foundation and Star Community Services, however bookings are essential and places will be limited.
