
This fitness class will help with strength, fitness, mobility, balance and flexibility. You’ll use resistance bands, free weights and games to stimulate healthy body and brain function. To ensure safety an exercise physiologist will run this class.
Please wear enclosed shoes, bring a water bottle, towel and any relevant medical details.
Suitable for age: 50 years and over
