Over 50s Fitness Weekly Classes

“Have fun while you get fitter after an hour’s class of Cardio, Toning, Stretching, and finishing with a wonderful Relaxation.
Go at your own pace, with no pressure, in the company of like-minded, friendly and inclusive souls.
After each class, there is an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another, by joining class members for a cuppa in a nearby café, plus there are monthly social events such as: mini golf; lunches; movies; and trips to Straddie etc. So why not come and see for yourself.

$15/class with an Intro Deal of $55 for 5 classes, and further discounted class passes. You only pay when you attend.
