Lights out, let’s dance! For one hour most Wednesdays, we turn out the lights & crank up the tunes to shake out the stresses of the week, exercise at our own pace, and get lost in the music.
Held in over 75 locations around the world, No Lights No Lycra Redlands Coast is part of a global movement of people who dance for the sheer joy of dancing, with the music loud and the lights out!
