National Seniors Wide Bay–Burnett Forum and Childers Branch Launch

National Seniors Australia invites you to a free forum and branch launch in Childers. This event is designed to give older Australians practical tools for saving money, keeping informed, staying connected, and feeling more confident about the future.

You’ll hear from National Seniors Australia’s leaders on our latest advocacy priorities, discover member benefits and savings tips, and learn about scam safety in a dedicated session with Commonwealth Bank.

Importantly, this event will also launch the new Childers Branch, with an opportunity to get involved or even explore starting your own social group in the Wide Bay–Burnett region.

The program includes a gentle chair yoga session with Yoga Owl, a 30-minute scam safety workshop, and free morning tea and light lunch, with plenty of time to meet others in your community.

A free bus service will run to and from the forum from Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Bundaberg. Bookings are essential.
