Feel the beat and lift your spirits in this vibrant, hands-on session creating vibrant beats and exploring African drumming!
Designed especially for seniors, this interactive workshop brings together percussion, singing and dancing for a joyful and energising experience. Everyone gets to play an instrument, learn about African traditions and enjoy the many physical, musical and cultural benefits of making music together.
No experience needed — just come ready to have fun!
