Chair Yoga, part of Sunshine Coast Council’s Healthy Sunshine Coast program, offers low-cost, inclusive wellbeing classes that improve health, foster social connection, and support residents of all ages and abilities.

Where: Millwell Road Community Centre, Maroochydore
Healthy Sunshine Coast program sessions are affordable at $10 per class or $5 with a Health Care or Pensioner card. Registration is free.
