This engaging one hour class is designed to promote physical wellness and mental relaxation through gentle breathing exercises and balance activities tailored for seniors.

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Experience an hour of guided breathe and balance exercises, led by our experienced instructor. These sessions focus on improving stability, enhancing flexibility, and fostering a sense of calm.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Enjoy a delightful morning tea where you can relax, savor some light refreshments, and meet new friends in a welcoming atmosphere.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your well-being, connect with others in your community, and celebrate the joy of movement. Whether you’re a seasoned participant or new to these practices, all are welcome!
